All items and details listed on the site are accurate at the time of listing.
Sales may be cancelled at any time if the condition of the item is found to no longer match the listing, or the item is no longer available for any reason
Returns are available on all items. However, items must be returned in the same condition as they were sold.
Due to the value associated to sealed items, and the decreased value should they be opened, we do not accept returns on any sealed items which have been opened as these will be considered as damaged. This does not apply to items listed as "BRAND NEW"
Any sealed items not listed as "BRAND NEW" should be assumed as non-working as these cannot be tested
Any unsealed or "BRAND NEW" item found to be not working or as described should be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Any refunds will only be paid upon inspection of the item and confirmation that it has been returned in line with the all of the above terms and conditions
Returns can be made in-store, or via fully insured and tracked delivery.
Any items not received due to issues with your assigned courier will not be refunded or exchanged
Return postage fees are the responsibility of the buyer
Certain items will only be available for collection in store. This is usually due to their value or risk of postage
Any items collected in store may not be returned once collected unless they do not work.
